The Company was formed on 30^th January, 1995 and we took up the membership of National Stock Exchange on 14^th September, 1995. The Company took up the membership of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd in 19^th October, 2000. We also became member of Depositary Participant through Central Depository Services Ltd (CDSL).

Mr. Prem Ratan Bahety, Chairman & Managing Director has a rich experience of over 30 years in the Capital Market. In his individual capacity he is also the member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange since 1987. He was actively involved in the trading floor of the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
